This is a play created by Richard A Schrader, written in the Crucian Dialect and depicting the 1878 second struggle for freedom from slavery in the Virgin Islands in commemoration of the 150th anniverssary of the original Emancipation Proclamation of 1848 at Fort Federick in Frederiksted on the island of St.Croix in the then Danish West Indies, Presently the U.S virgin Islands.
